When my hip pain started, I didn’t realize how serious it would become. It got to the point where walking and even sitting was painful, and I knew surgery was the only option.

Dr. Jaggi suggested a fast-track hip replacement surgery, which he said would allow for quicker recovery compared to traditional methods.

To my surprise, I was walking within days of the surgery and the discomfort I’d lived with for so long was finally gone. The recovery was much quicker than I had anticipated, and now, I can move freely without that constant pain.

I had been struggling with knee pain for years, and it was starting to affect every part of my life. I couldn’t walk more than a few steps without discomfort, and even simple things like getting out of bed became a challenge.

I’ve been playing football for as long as I can remember, so tearing my ACL was one of the most upsetting things that’s happened to me. The thought of surgery and months of recovery terrified me.

I visited Dr Karan at Vaidyam Bone & Joint Centre for my left knee injury. Prior to visiting Karan, I'd met multiple doctors/surgeons at big hospitals across NCR; and none of them gave me a clear diagnosis, but recommended arthroscopic surgery.

Needless to say, not only was I in a lot of pain when I visited Karan, but also quite frustrated with my experience of other doctors. 

Dr. Karan was the first doctor to give me a categorical diagnosis and a non-surgical plan of cure- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injection followed by rehab. I really appreciate that he gave clear probabilities of success and possible downsides of both- surgical and PRP intervention; and left the final decision to me. Basis the information, I chose to go with PRP injection- and they've worked like magic!

I've been mostly pain-free since the injection, and getting better with each passing day. To those who've been recommended knee surgeries, I'd suggest to consider PRP injection properly as well. I'd also like to highlight that Dr. Karan has been patient and thorough in answering all my queries regarding my injury, regenerative medicine, PRP injections, and physio.
